Categories and sources of personal data
Depending on you relationships with us, we may process, among others, the following categories of your personal data:

• personal information (e.g., name and family name),
• contact information including business data (e.g., registered office address, telephone number, email address, position of the contact person, name of the employer),
• identification data (e.g., NIP number, REGON number),
• information on our cooperation with you (e.g., information on the concluded contracts or specifics of settlements with you).

The majority of personal data are obtained directly from you. When the data are obtained from other sources these most likely are your employers, customers or public data bases.
Processing of data
Your personal data are, or may be, processed by us:

1. in order to conclude and carry out contracts with you (mainly they are transportation, customs agent services or storage services contracts) or to perform certain actions at your request (including providing and reviewing offers, quotations etc.). The legal basis for this is clause 6, section 1 b) of GDPR;
2. in order to fulfill our legal obligations relating, e.g., to taxation. The legal basis for this is clause 6, section 1 c) of GDPR;
3. in order to exercise our lawful interests, such as:
4. a) direct marketing of our products and services,
5. b) providing information related to our products and services which includes processing of your inquiries about these products and services,
6. c) verifying the reliability of a contractor (including its solvency and compliance with reliable carrier/forwarder requirements). This makes it possible to carry out a commercial contract effectively and continually if your data were provided to AZONIK sp. z o.o. by your employer in connection with conclusion and performance of a commercial contract between your employer and us,

d) potentially, for the purpose of enforcement of, or protection against, claims. The legal basis for such processing is clause 6, section 1 d) of GDPR;

1. in situations when you have given consent – for the purposes stated in your consent (the legal basis is clause 6, section 1 a) of GDPR).

Provision of your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude and carry out the contract, as well as to perform certain actions to conclude it. Provision of data for marketing purposes is strictly voluntary.
Data retention period
Your personal data will be kept only while they are required for the purposes stated in this Confidentiality Policy (i.e., among other things, for the term of the contract) and/or to ensure compliance with the requirements of the law, and/or until the expiry of claim period.
In the event the data are processed on the basis of your consent, your data will be kept until the consent is withdrawn (until there are no other bases for their processing and GDPR provides for no exceptions), and in the case when processing is based on our lawful interests – until the submission of a claim against data processing or until an objection is submitted in connection with your specific situation when our lawful bases for processing data do not prevail over your interests, rights and freedoms.
Recipients of the data
Your personal data may be disclosed by us to authorized employees and organizations involved in the process of carrying out of our contractual obligations (mainly to carriers that provide transportation services to you – if you are, or were, a client/s of ours to whom services were being provided). If transportation services were ordered to you – if you are/were a contractor of ours, as well as to entities that provide subcontractor, organizational, technical, legal and consultation services to us (e.g., entities providing accounting services or debt collecting agencies). If it is necessary to achieve the above goals including performance of obligations provided for by the law, your data may also be disclosed to supervisory bodies, courts and other state agencies (e.g., to tax agencies).
In connection with provision of our forwarding and transportation services that in some cases require data transfer to carry out contracts/orders (e.g., if you are our subcontractor providing international transportation services) your data may be provided, in the minimum required volume, to a third country outside the European Economic Area (EEA) where the data may be less strictly protected than in the EEA. We do our best to ensure that such transfer of information is organized in a secure and controlled manner.


Your rights
You have the right to access your data and to amend or delete it or restrict its processing, the right to object to processing and the right to disclose data (the right to disclose data does not extend to data qualified as commercial secret).
You may recall your consent at any time (this will not affect the legality of use of your data prior to such recall of consent).
The scope of each of these rights, the situations in which they may be exercised and the method of their exercise are based on legal provisions. What right you may be able to enjoy depends, among other things, on the objective and the legal basis of our processing of your personal data.
You also have the right to submit a complaint to a supervisory body.
